Pet Policy

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Kensley welcomes cats and dogs, no breed or weight restrictions! There is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. We want to ensure that we provide a clean neighborhood for all of our residents. To assist with minimizing pet waste throughout our community, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.Contact our leasing office for details.
